Hairstylist Kate Shinamoto cuts the hair of a young boy, who preferred not to be named, at Prep on Sacramento Street. Prep Cuts  caters to children as young as age two to 18, but their services are available to people of all ages. Prep Cuts also features their own hair products such as conditioner and shampoo which can be purchased there. The salon offers cuts, color, styles and blowouts  all which can be scheduled online.
