My mask is essential because anytime I go out of the house I wanna stay safe and healthy. Besides washing your hands and [using] sanitizer masks are one of the best ways. Both my paint brushes and pallet knives are important and essential things for me because painting is a way for me to relax and meditate when I am stressed out, which is important when you are stuck inside for the majority of the day. The envelopes [have] been a way to keep in contact with friends and a fun activity to keep up with. I have a book on meditation and meditative exercises because I feel like that is important to practice and have the right headspace while isolated from friends.
